per person

Natural phenomena are a plenty around the world, but few compare to the Serengeti-Mara Ecosystem’s annual Wildebeest Migration in terms of sheer size. The numbers alone are unbelievable: up to 2 million animals, along with wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle, travel 3 000 km (1 900 miles) to follow the rains and their oldest instincts.

On an unforgettable Wildbeest Migration Safari, spend 8 days discovering Tanzania’s most iconic and exciting national park. Visit the must-see Central Serengeti, the vast plains of Central Serengeti, and the Northern Serengeti.

Great guides for Kilimanjaro Such a memorable experience! The entire team at Nyange Adventures were so nice and helpful. I was referred to them by a friend and I'm so glad I chose them to help me get to the top of Kilimanjaro! Amnaay was our guide and he did a great job along with the rest of the team. I will definitely visit them again for another trip.

Mount Kilimanjaro Machame Route with Nyange Adventures Had a fantastic experience with Nyange Adventures climbing Mount Kilimanjaro’s Machame route. Had a pre climb briefing to check equipment and to meet my guide Antipas. Hired sleeping bag to save bringing from the UK. Team of eight supported me on a solo climb. They were all fantastic. Had some good laughs. Had trouble eating the amount of food they try to feed you; three meals a day with three courses! Summited in six days rather than the intended seven due to feeling good and no altitude sickness. Whole experience was first class. Should have booked a Safari at the end of the climb.

Incredible experience. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time at Serengheti and Nogorongo national park. Everyone so friendly. It really felt like we were visitors at the home that belongs to the animals. We started with a tour guide and came back with our friend John. Such a great experience. Strongly recommend!

Kilimanjaro hike review - Machame trail We hiked the Machame trail with Nyange Adventures and had a once in a lifetime experience. Our team was AMAZING and created a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Our guides Mo and Amnaay were the perfect pair to lead us to the summit. They were attentive, took care of us, had our safety in mind always, and truly made my experience a positive one in the setting of having personal health issues at the beginning. I would not have made it to the top without this team!!! Everyone that was a part of the team, including all the porters, worked so hard and joyfully to make our experience a positive one. The food also was great, and you will not be underfed if that’s one of your worries while hiking. Overall, we would recommend Nyange Adventures for anyone who is interested in hiking Kilimanjaro. They are also part of the KPAP group so you know porters and staff will be treated fairly.

Mt Kilimanjaro Climb - 7 days Lemosho My husband and I had the most amazing experience climbing Kilimanjaro with Nyange Adevntures! It is difficult to choose who to do the climb with, due to the multitude of companies offering similar packages. Nonetheless Nyange adventures managed to differentiate themselves from the start, being very personable, flexible and happy to help! Their flexibility and quick problem-solving attitude turned out to be essential, when my flight to Kilimanjaro was cancelled, causing a 1 day delay to the trip. Above all, however, we recommend them for the amazing people that came on the climb with us - the guides, cook, and porters. One can’t describe the experience of climbing the mountain, because it’s incredible in different ways for different people. But the constant variable is that you need a solid team to help you on. An African proverb says “If you want to go quick, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”. Nyange Adventure equipped us with a family to travel together with and we will always be grateful!

Day 1: Kilimanjaro Airport – Arusha Town
Whatever your arrival time at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your driver guide from our office will be there waiting for you with a warm welcoming smile, relax in your comfortable vehicle as he takes you to your hotel in Arusha. On your journey to the hotel, you will get a brief impression of this large, bustling, commercial city. Depending on your arrival time you may either meet with your Safari expert today for briefing or tomorrow before you start your Safari. Overnight Stay at Kibo Palace Hotel
2
Day 2: Arusha - Transfer to Arusha Airport - Fly to Western Serengeti
We start our journey with a short drive to Arusha airport, followed by a 3 hour flight to the Grumeti Airstrip in the Western Serengeti. If you have never seen the Serengeti before, the primeval vastness of this place will blow you away! Kirawira, Nyasirori, Simiti…the names are hard to say and maybe difficult to remember, but over the next few days these locations in Tanzania’s Western Corridor will bring you wildlife adventures that will fill you with memories. Your driver-guide can choose from a number of ‘loops’ when searching out wildlife opportunities for you: these depart from and reconnect to the main road, visiting different types of vegetation and exploring varied habitats. Two important rivers cross this region, and the permanent pools created by the Grumeti and Mbalageti ensure that animals can be seen all year-round. Populations of elephant and giraffe, wildebeest, baboons and lions are all resident here, but the Migration time sets a different scene entirely. Huge crocodiles lurk in anticipation of the river crossing, looking to pick off a wildebeest or two as their herds plunge into the waters for the other side. Safety in numbers? Not always, so perhaps you will see not only a crossing, but a kill as well. Patience will bring its rewards – for crocodiles and for you, the visitor, poised with your camera! Overnight stay at Mbalageti Tented Lodge
3
Day 3: Full Day Game Drive Western Serengeti
After breakfast, enjoy the full day game viewing in western Serengeti. In Migration times, your driver-guide will do all he can to ensure you witness a crossing. If you didn’t see one yesterday, then today offers another possibility. But the Western Corridor has much more to offer. A favourite amongst our visitors is the collection of hippo pools: as they wallow throughout daylight hours in the mud, this really is wildlife-spotting at its easiest! Overnight stay at Mbalageti Tented Lodge

Day 4: Ndutu - Central Serengeti
Day 4: Western Serengeti - Central Serengeti After breakfast, and a morning game-drive en-route, we set off for our next destination, the Central Serengeti, a journey of 80km with an expected time of around 2 ½ hours. On arrival, we take lunch and have an afternoon game drive. While you’ve been asleep or having breakfast, you can be sure that your driver-guide has been checking to see what’s happening in the wonderful world of wildlife. Rest assured, he will find you a highlight! In the afternoon, we take the short drive to the central part of Serengeti, where after lunch a game-drive will introduce you to this wildlife ‘hub. Finally, you will go to your chosen accommodation for relaxation and your evening Overnight stay at Serengeti Tortilis Camp
5
Day 5: Full Day Game Drive Central Serengeti
Today, we set off from our accommodation in central Serengeti. Wildlife is abundant: sometimes you may think it has come to find you, rather than the other way round. Today’s highlight is unknown as the animals don’t publish their schedule and what we see also depends on the season, but this area is where bushland meets grassland, a favorite spot for big cats looking for prey. Cheetah, leopard and lions are all possibilities today. Today you will have a chance to enjoy the varied landscapes of the central Serengeti. The Seronera River weaves its way through this area, providing waters for all species of wildlife. You may also see the distinctive rocky outcrops, the famous kopjes which characterized the Serengeti landscape. Lunch will be served at the picnic site with an unforgettable experience enjoyed in the middle of the bush. Overnight stay at Serengeti Tortilis Camp
6
Day 6: Central Serengeti - Northern Serengeti
After breakfast, our journey from Central Serengeti to Northern Serengeti will take around 5 hours, with plenty of changing landscapes and wildlife highlights to see along the route. The changing landscapes of Northern Serengeti and the wildlife surprises it will almost certainly provide. There are no guarantees, but a rhino sighting cannot be ruled out! We are now following in the footsteps of the Great Migration, great herds of thousands of zebra and wildebeest getting ready to cross the Mara into Kenya, and back again. On a daily basis, crossings cannot be guaranteed, but our driver-guides know the most likely places to witness them Overnight stay at Ang’ata Migration Camp
7
Day 7: Full Day Game Drive Northern Serengeti
As you awake for a second day in Northern Serengeti, you can contemplate those parts of this northern area can easily match the Southern Serengeti for the abundance of wildlife viewing, especially between July and October. After your breakfast, you will embark with your driver-guide on a full-day game drive, looking out for elephant and buffalo, eland and gazelle. Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to spot something really special: perhaps a cheetah, or even a rare black rhino, of which a small population are resident here. Overnight stay at Ang’ata Migration Camp
8
Day 8: Fly Back to Arusha Or Kilimanjaro Airport
After a relaxing breakfast, we leave our Northern Serengeti accommodation and transfer to Kogatende airstrip for our flight back to Kilimanjaro International Airport (‘KIA’). Your two-hour flight represents a last chance to see beautiful Tanzania - this time, from above. At the airport, you will connect with your departure flight back home!
