Start your day with a warm welcome at Nyange Farm, where you’ll meet your chef and receive a briefing about the cooking class and daily activities. Embark on a guided tour of the farm, observing the animals, sustainable practices, and the vibrant array of vegetables, fruits, and herbs grown there.
Participate in the preparation of your meals by harvesting fresh ingredients from the farm. Learn traditional Tanzanian cooking methods from a local chef and create delicious dishes together. Savor a multi-course meal that you and your chef have prepared, and receive a recipe booklet to recreate these flavors at home.
Relax at the farm after lunch, anticipating an evening sundowner and dinner experience. Spend the night in our cozy tents, nestled amidst the peaceful farm surroundings.
Start your second day with an exciting game drive in Mkomazi National Park. Discover the park’s diverse wildlife, including majestic black rhinos and elusive wild dogs. Spend the afternoon continuing your safari, searching for elephants, zebras, and other fascinating animals. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park, surrounded by stunning scenery. After a memorable day, we will transfer you to Kilimanjaro International Airport for a flight to Zanzibar.
