Upon arrival at either Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), our representative will be on hand to welcome you and transfer you to your accommodation in Arusha. You’ll spend the night at the Gran Melia, a stunning property nestled at the base of Mount Meru in the heart of Arusha city.

After an early breakfast, we depart for Tarangire National Park. The park is named after the Tarangire River, the main water source for wildlife during the dry season. The landscape features dense vegetation, including elephant grass and acacia woodlands.

Tarangire is especially known for its large elephant herds, often seen gathering along the river. It’s one of the best places to observe these gentle giants in their natural habitat, from playful calves to impressive bulls. You may also spot giraffes, bushbuck, and hartebeest, along with predators such as lions and leopards. The park is also a haven for birdlife, with one of the highest numbers of breeding bird species in the world.

After lunch and a full game drive, we continue to Lake Burunge Baobab Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we take a short drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. One of the first highlights is often the sight of large troops of baboons. The park lies between the Great Rift Valley escarpment and Lake Manyara, offering a beautiful mix of landscapes and rich wildlife.

Lake Manyara is well known for its elephants and is one of the best places to see them up close. You may also spot the famous tree-climbing lions, along with hippos and a wide variety of birdlife, including flamingos. The park is home to over 400 bird species, making it a great destination for bird lovers.

A packed lunch will be served at a picnic site inside the park. In the late afternoon, we continue with a short drive to the Ngorongoro Highlands for dinner and an overnight stay at Kitela Lodge.

After an early breakfast, we depart for Serengeti National Park with game viewing along the way. The Serengeti is one of the most famous wildlife destinations in the world, known for its vast open plains and incredible concentration of animals.

The park is especially renowned for the Great Wildebeest Migration, where over a million wildebeest, along with hundreds of thousands of zebras, move across the plains in search of fresh grazing. This natural spectacle takes place throughout the year, guided by seasonal rains, and is one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife events.

During your journey, you will enjoy continuous wildlife sightings across the endless plains, along with stunning landscapes and unforgettable views. A packed lunch will be served at a picnic site. In the late afternoon, we continue to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge.

After an early breakfast, we depart from the Serengeti and drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. The crater is one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations, often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” and is known for its high concentration of animals in a unique natural setting.

Within the crater, you have an excellent chance of spotting a wide range of wildlife, including the endangered black rhino, lions, large herds of wildebeest, zebras, and hippos. It is also one of the best places to see members of the Big Five, especially lions and Cape buffalo, throughout the year. While the area can be busy with visitors, the wildlife viewing is truly rewarding and set in a breathtaking landscape.

A packed lunch will be served at a picnic site inside the crater. In the late afternoon, we continue to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Kitela Lodge.

After breakfast, your private safari guide will pick you up from the lodge for the drive back to Arusha. Upon arrival, you will have time for last-minute shopping, souvenir purchases, and repacking before lunch.

After lunch, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight home or your connecting flight to Zanzibar, marking the end of your unforgettable safari experience.
